  • Member Spotlight: Showcase Auto Glass

Please welcome Showcase Auto Glass Inc. as a new AGSC Registered Member. Brothers Israel, Jimmy, and Adrian Saldana founded the Highland, California shop in September 2006.

The brothers’ passion for automotive care and safety drove them to start the shop. That passion has resulted in a community reputation of quality workmanship and integrity, Showcase Auto Glass shop manager and Spokesperson Jessica Castellanos says, which allowed them to serve even more customers in the broader Inland Empire, California, area. Though Israel passed away in 2021, Jimmy and Adrian still run the shop.

According to Castellanos, the shop is committed to providing the best customer care possible.

Showcase Auto Glass prides itself on the excellent service the entire team provides, according to Jessica Castellanos.

“What sets Showcase Auto Glass apart is our dedication to excellence and our personalized approach to each customer interaction,” says Castellanos. “We understand that auto glass issues are often unexpected, and we take pride in providing a seamless experience from start to finish. Our team is known for its attention to detail, clear communication and genuine care for the well-being of our customers.”

This thorough customer care includes staying current on the latest advancements in auto glass, such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations. It also includes upholding the Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard (AGRSS).

Showcase Auto Glass stays up-to-date on auto glass industry advancements, like calibrating cameras on ADAS-equipped vehicles.

“The AGRSS Standard™ is critical because it reflects the principles we value most: safety, integrity and accountability,” Castellanos says. “The AGRSS Standard™ guides our team to perform every job with the utmost precision and care, knowing that auto glass is a vital component of a vehicle’s structural safety. Adhering to the AGRSS Standard™ ensures that we not only meet industry regulations but also reinforce our commitment to safeguarding the lives of our customers.”

Because of the whole company’s dedication to safety and customer service, Castellanos said it was important to them to become a Registered Member of the Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC).

“It aligns with our dedication to ongoing education and quality, giving our customers confidence that we follow the best practices established by industry leaders,” she says. “It’s a distinction that validates our focus on providing safe and effective services to every customer we serve.”
