The National Windshield Repair Division (NWRD) has revised its “A Technician’s Guide to Contacting and Communicating with Insurance Companies” and it is available to all AGSC members.

This guide, which took many hours of research from the NWRD, is designed to make the windshield technician’s job easier by providing known insurance contact information in one place. The listings are organized by insurance company as well as by claims administrator.
